Sliding Down A New York Penthouse Double Level Floor Plan

Fun, comfort and luxury go hand in hand in this special residential project found in New York City. The owner’s excellent idea of uniting two new penthouse levels in the city’s East Village took shape under the attentive supervision of Turett Collaborative Architects (TCA). Sliding down from one floor to another seems to be a luxury not only children can afford. Encapsulated within glass walls at the upper floor, the metal slide drops down to the light-flooded living space. The spiral slide New York penthouse displays a carefully planned floor-plan that perfectly integrates the construction of this inspiring feature. Created as an interesting alternative to the existing stairs and maintaining a sense of playfulness in this luxurious home, the slide can be used by owner and guests to provoke a forgotten feeling of freedom. This slide-showcasing penthouse apartment is reminiscent of the Nakameguro House by LEVEL Architects – a family residence incorporating a dynamic slide. This creative method of connecting the three floors of the house was re-imagined in a more luxurious approach in the project you can enjoy below. (courtesy by www.freshome.com)

Cozy, Modern and Practical Bedroom with a Travel-Inspired Theme

We do not know if this bedroom from Viz Art was developed for a traveler to feel right at home (from time to time) or for a wannabe globetrotter with a strong will to eventually return in his comfort zone. Either way, the interior is original and highly modern, encouraging sweet dreams of far away places. Although diverse, the room found on Home-Designing displays an elegant and tasteful overall appearance. Wood is present throughout, adding warmth and a nostalgic cabin-like feel. With several directional spot lights, romantic bed lamps and two major ceiling light sources, the atmosphere can be instantly “upgraded” at a push of a button. The space is cleverly divided, ensuring a large degree of functionality. A yacht in the waves above the bed, boat souvenirs and ocean imagery make this a fun and original bedroom, one that we are more than happy to share further with you on Freshome.(courtesy by www.freshome.com)

Beverly Hills Villa Composed Of Fine Crafted Details

Designed by illustrious architect William Stephenson and located at 1705 Angelo Drive in Beverly Hills, this stunning villa was built back in 1956 and renovated to compose a modern environment for a relaxed contemporary lifestyle. Flooded with natural light through tall windows in spaces with 12 foot ceilings, the house opens towards a perfectly manicured back garden with an inviting wood deck surrounding the irregular swimming pool. A green lawn constructs a powerful connection to natural colors and the trees help define this house’s architectural language. Priced at $3,999,900, the glamorous Californian residence showcases its 5,060 square feet under high ceilings and has features that bring it close to perfection: “Beautiful Terrazzo flooring flowing throughout grand open rooms. Gourmet kitchen with custom stone counter, first class Wolf & Subzero appliances, large center island & 4-top breakfast area. Grand Hallway with art gallery leading to the master suite. Hi-Tech alarm system, cabana room, lighted waterfall & natural light 3 car garage. ” With four private bedrooms and five baths, the beautiful residential construction neighbors multi-million dollar estates. Ultra Luxurious Suite Simulating a Personal Golf Resort: Hole in One

Hole in One is a project for golf lovers. The concept of the design is based on the idea that golf is part of a lifestyle and needs a special space. The project was conceived and designed for a specific and sophisticated target that loves the outdoors and a particular kind of luxury. The design aimed at creating accommodation facilities meeting the requirements of refined and peculiar golfer users. A true personal golf resort offers a mini-course inside the suite, as well as an “intelligent” bedroom displaying state-of-the-art technology, a real home spa to regenerate the mind and the body after a long day. Alberto Apostoli presents a new kind of luxury, less noisy and luminescent, but rich as well, due to the refinement of materials, technological solutions and strong integration of emotion and function. On the left side, the suite showcases a circular bed in leather, a built-in Jacuzzi, a bathroom with columns washbasins and full height video screens. On the other side, a wellness space by Technogym, emotional shower and a glazed/wooden sauna made in cedar and slate were carried out. The space is finished in a white and green floor, planks of old wood, green walls and a wallpaper, especifically designed by Apostoli, and these elements enrich the interior space horizontally and vertically.
